Care

  • Handwashing: Wash lacquerware by hand using warm water and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, as they can scratch the lacquer surface.

  • Drying: After washing, dry the lacquerware thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid air-drying, as prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the lacquer finish.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures: Keep lacquerware away from extreme temperatures, as they can cause the lacquer to crack or warp. Do not use lacquerware in the microwave, dishwasher, or oven.

  • Avoid direct sunlight: Exposure to direct sunlight over time can cause the lacquer finish to fade or yellow. Store lacquerware in a cool, shaded area when not in use.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals: Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, such as bleach or strong solvents, as they can damage the lacquer finish.

  • Use with care: Handle lacquerware with care to avoid scratching or chipping the surface. Do not use sharp utensils or cut directly on the lacquer surface.
