Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by the dates below:

  • Other states, country towns, rural areas, remote communities, and regions outside major capital city zones in NSW: December 15th

  • Metro Sydney: December 19th


1. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to the following countries: Australia and the rest of the world.

2. Shipping Rates:

Australian Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping when you spend over $200 AUD
  • Domestic shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

 

3. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • For orders placed over the weekend, your order will be sent out to you Monday afternoon.
  • For orders placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be sent out to you in the next business day.
  • Please allow additional time for custom orders or during peak seasons.

 

4. Delivery Times:

  • Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 3-6 business days after being shipped by Australia Post.

  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination and are handled by Australian Post / DHL Australia.

Australia Post has temporarily suspended certain postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico, effective August 26, 2025, due to the removal of the U.S. “de minimis” tariff exemption for low‑value parcels.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our shipping partner, Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may arise during transit. Any inquiries regarding tracking, delivery status, or concerns about your order should be directed to Australia Post.
