The Bizen mug is a beautifully handcrafted piece from Bizen, Okayama, one of Japan’s most esteemed pottery traditions with over 1,000 years of history.
Bizen ware is fired at high temperatures without glaze, creating its unique earthy texture and natural colour variations, making each mug one-of-a-kind.
Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and tea, the Bizen mug brings a touch of Japanese tradition and warmth to your daily routine.
Each cup is unique, just like the moments you create with it.

That same year, under the name Kōzan, he established a Bizen ware pottery workshop. With over a century of history, this kiln continues to uphold the rich traditions of Bizen ware while carrying its legacy forward.
