Taiyo Shima has been part of the Simply Native family for years: a long-time customer, a familiar face in the shop, and a friend of the brand. So when it came to his cheesecakes, it felt right that they’d be made with ingredients from our own shelves.

Matcha
Rich and gently bitter, balanced by the creamy cheesecake.

Yuzu
Made with our yuzu peel: bright, fragrant and refreshing, a perfect all season cheesecake.

Black Sesame
Sourced for Taiyo: nutty, deep and toasty, a crowd pleaser.

Made in small batches. Share one around the table, or keep it to yourself; we won’t tell.
