Discover the history, cultivation, and cultural significance of Matcha. Chakabuki '茶カブキ' is a matcha tasting game that was popular among the intellectuals in Kyoto between the late Kamakura period (1185-1333) and the middle of the Muromachi period (1338-1573).

Engage your senses to distinguish subtle differences of flavour, aroma and colour among teas.
