Tea ceremony charcoal dinner event at KURO

In appreciation of craftsmanship, together in collaboration with KURO and 6 celebrated chefs, we organised an exclusive dinner event that featured handcrafted tea ceremony charcoal Kiku-zumi (Chrysanthemum charcoals).

Guests enjoyed a 6 course dinner, specially created by each chef and inspired by Kiku-zumi charcoals.

  • Collaborated sommeliers: Fumiaki Michishita, Yasuhiro Kawakubo

シドニーCBDの人気レストラン KURO を会場に、黒炭の最高傑作・菊炭(島根県)をインスピレーションソースとした特別なディナーイベントを開催しました。

参加者の皆様には、シドニーの6人の著名なシェフが特別に創作した6コースディナーをお楽しみいただきました。
