WA dinner event at Jazushi

In appreciation of craftsmanship, together in collaboration with Jazushi and 5 celebrated chefs, we organised an exclusive dinner event that featured handcrafted tableware from Japanese artisans.

Guests enjoyed a 6 course dinner, specially created by each chef and inspired by the creative tableware of ceramist Mr. Masahiro Wadayama. Guests were also able to experience a live demonstration by Mr Wadayama himself.

Japanese handcrafts were on display and available for purchase throughout the evening, of which the proceeds went towards supporting the artisans and their life-long dedication to creating unique and beautiful products.

サリーヒルズの人気レストラン Jazushi を会場に、日本の職人による手作りのテーブルウェアを使った特別なディナーイベントを開催しました。

会場には、日本から陶芸家・和田山真央氏をお招きし、参加者の皆様には、シドニーの5人の著名なシェフが特別に創作した6コースディナーをお楽しみいただきました。

また、和田山氏によるライブデモンストレーションも体験していただきました。
