Refund policy
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return request and advise whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@simply-native.jp.
Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Lost, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@simply-native.jp as soon as possible and include photographs where applicable.
Carrier Incidents
While we take great care in packaging your order, incidents that occur after the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier are outside our direct control.
- Domestic orders: please notify us within 30 days of the order date.
- International orders: please notify us within 60 days of the order date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange shipment of the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Workshop bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the scheduled session.
Change of Mind Purchases
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by applicable law.
EU Consumer Rights
