Matcha

is a high-quality powdered green tea that has been loved by Japanese since ancient times. In recent years, matcha (抹茶) has skyrocketed in popularity with lattes, shots, and even as sweets. This healthy green tea is rich in various nutrition contained in tea leaves such as amino acid, minerals, vitamins.

1. Anti-aging

Matcha is very high in antioxidants, especially catechins, which can strengthen body cells and help prevent aging. Some studies suggest that matcha will make you look younger, as it contains vitamin C that helps collagen production and vitamin B that prevents skin problems.
