Japanese Blades are designed and made to last for decades with proper maintenance.

Enjoy spending a little of your time to make your blade aged with you!

General

Please make sure to wipe them clean and dry after use.

Knives

Do not cut extremely hard food like frozen food and coconut. Hand wash and dry after use.

Others

Wipe them clean and dry after use.

We also recommend oiling them with camellia oil or vegetable oil once in couples of months.
